Hey guys, season 6 of Gossip Girl is coming soon. In fact, it already begins this Monday. I wanted to write about all my series for a long time, but I didn't felt like it, or was just too lazy. So today an article about Gossip Girl. Since there are a lot of seasons I'm only going to talk about the characters and the intro of season one. Not about the books, because I have not read them. Enjoy!

Intro
Gossip Girl is a website where people can leave gossip or photos about the rich kids in the Upper East Side of Manhattan. The show begins with the returning of the it-girl of Manhattan - Serena van der Woodsen. Why she suddenly left for boarding school was still a question and not an answer. Her (ex) best friend Blair Waldorf is not happy about this. Just when she became Queen Bee of their private high school and the popular and charming Nate Archibald as her boyfriend, she will not let Serena take that away from her. Because that's what she does - she comes and steals everything Blair is wishing for. The reputation of school, her boyfriend, her friends, even her mother. Meanwhile In the other side of Manhattan, where the ''poor'' kids live, Brooklyn - lives an unpopular, not-interested about reputations, cares about books but is developing a secret crush on the beautiful and popular but also not available Serena van der Woodsen - Dan Humphrey with his little sister (Little J) Jenny Humphrey, who's been trying really hard to fit in with the rich kids and tries to be best friend with Blair Waldorf or maybe even Serena van der Woodsen whom she adores. Of course in a world like this a mean, arrogant, rich, egocentricity but charming Chuck Bass and best friend of Nate Archibald can not miss in this. Why did Serena came back from ''boarding school'' ? Did she really did something with her best friend Nate Archibald? Will Dan be Serena's charming prince? And will Blair, still forgive Serena after all those years? Find it out in Gossip Girl.

Blair Waldorf (Leighton Meester)
Typical rich mean girl, Queen Bee of high school, girlfriend of the popular Nate Archibald, seems like she's living a perfect life. But will the return of her ex best friend Serena van der Woodsen let this ruin?

Serena van der Woodsen (Blake Lively)
It-girl of Manhattan, has a bad girl reputation and tries to fix this by becoming a better person, but what was the reason she came back? Was it the relationship between Nate and Blair that wasn't going well or was that the reason why she left? Or it it the family-problems she's struggling with, her little brother and her mother?

Nate Archibald (Chace Crawford)
Popular, blond, rich, good in sports, boyfriend of the popular girl in the school, best friend of bad guy Chuck Bass, but is this what he really wants? His parents making all his decisions about college? Or is he finally making a difference?

Dan Humphrey (Penn Badgely)
Lives in Brooklyn with her dad and little sister, has a hard time with the relationship between his divorced parents, is falling for the popular Serena van der Woodsen and is willing to have her as his girlfriend

Jenny Humphrey (Taylor Momsen)
Little sister of Dan Humphrey and has a hard time struggling with the reputation on high school, she wants to fit in with the rich kids and makes her own clothes to be part of it

Chuck Bass (Ed Westwick)
Typical bad guy, has dated almost every girl he can get, arrogant, knows well he's rich and is very proud of his name, egocentricity and is willing to do everything when he can.

Personally

My favorite characters are Blair Waldorf and Chuck Bass.

My favorite style is from Serena van der Woodsen.

My favorite couple are Blair and Chuck (éver)
My favorite episodes are all thanksgiving episodes, the Paris episodes, almost all chuck&blair episodes

My favorite season is season 1/2/3, because in season 1/2 they are in high school and I love the story line from there and the uniforms and in season 3 Chuck&Blair all fully together

I'm also planning to do a fashion and quotes in a different post because there is just too much to do in this one. There will also be a lot more pictures in the next post about Gossip Girl, this one was just about the storyline!
